Thanks to the volunteers & the board of VGT Mechelen, this Flemish Deaf Sports Day could be held on the Heiveld grounds in Sint-Katelijne-Waver on Saturday, 31 August 2024. Under a beaming sun, no fewer than 200 sports enthusiasts, young and old, came to indulge in various sports.

- Shooting
- Badminton
- Volleyball
- Futsal for kids
- Self-defence (initiation)
- Cycling - MTB
- Hiking
- Workout Fitness
- Darts
In the evening, this was rounded off nicely with a nice BBQ!
Everyone was very satisfied and was already wondering ... where & when the next edition will take place!
