Henri Opdecam (1897 - 1964)
vr. 28 okt. '22 One of Antoine Dresse's loyal right-hand men
He came from La Silencieuse Bruxelles and was vice-president from 1928 to 1937, director from 1943 to 1949, and vice-president again from 1949 to 1953. He was appointed honorary vice-president after the end of his mandate. Henri was one of Antoine Dresse's faithful right-hand men.

Thanks to Henri Opdecam, the Federation was able to use the premises of the "Maison des Sourds" in Brussels, rue de Saxe-Cobourg 38 in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode.

It was also Henri who first stepped up to compile a sports archive, a very important decision to this day!

Henri Opdecam died on 13 November 1964.
