BDC has learned of the passing of Gabriel, better known as "Gaby."
He was the father of Kurt and Nathalie De Cocker and played for KSV Surdac Gent (1955-1987).
Gaby was a talented football player who won numerous national titles with Surdac Gent, as well as nine national caps between 1957 and 1960. He also won the bronze medal with the national football team at the Silent Games in Milan (1957).
We will miss him and wish his son Kurt, daughter Nathalie, and the entire family much strength during this difficult time.
