The next EDSO Congress will take place at the LandesSportBund Niedersachsen e.V. in Hannover on Friday, August 15, 2025.

- An inspection on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, of the sports infrastructure for the first European Deaf Games, which will take place in Hannover in the summer of 2026. Many young athletes are expected to attend this first edition!
- A workshop on the EDSO statutes on Thursday, August 14, 2025.
The Belgian delegation will be represented by director of elite sports Lieven Kind and board member Francesco Camillo.
The agenda items are rather limited due to this being an exceptional congress, namely:
- EDSO statutes
- Organization of the upcoming European Championships (2026-2028)
